Heavy cantilever latches are designed for use with electronically operated gates, but are functional in both automatic and manual systems. This component, also known as a ‘slide gate receiver latch’ secures chain link fence along internal slide gate tracks. The large opening of the prongs assists in guiding railing into the latched position. Heavy cantilevers are available in sizes compatible with 2-7\/8″ or 4″ posts.<\/p>\n

These heavy cantilever latches are made from factory quality pressed steel with zinc based galvanization coating.
